How does API authentication work?
Every request carries a bearer API key (Authorization: Bearer hapi_live_…). Keys can be read-only or read/write and can be restricted to specific profiles. Secrets are shown once and stored as salted hashes.
How does the trial work?
15 days of full access for a one-time $5: 5 connected accounts, 300 posts, the REST API, webhooks and the MCP server for AI agents. It doesn't auto-renew; pick a plan when you're ready.
What are the rate limits?
Limits are per organization: 300 requests/minute on Growth, 1,200 on Pro and 6,000 on Scale. Every response includes X-RateLimit-* headers. Platform-side quotas still apply.
Do you support webhooks?
Yes. Subscribe endpoints to events like post.published, post.failed and account.disconnected. Deliveries are signed with HMAC-SHA256, retried with backoff, and logged so you can inspect and replay them.
